The Board of Directors and Administrative Staff of the Early Learning Centers (ELC) reaffirm the agency’s equal employment opportunity and affirmative action policies

The Early Learning Centers benefits by having many individual volunteers and groups of volunteers provide services to the children attending our centers. If you are interested in volunteering please call Lena Scaff at 806-765-9981.
Some of our volunteers are:
Community Volunteers who serve as Board Members
Foster Grandparents, who volunteer 20 hours per week in the classrooms, working one on one with children who need extra attention
Texas Tech University Early Childhood students who conduct volunteer activities in the classrooms
Texas Tech University Jump Start Students who volunteer 10 to 15 hours per week, participating in one on one activities with children who need extra attention.
Various LISD and private school groups donate books, volunteer in the classrooms, and plan holiday events for the centers.
Trinity Schools have high school students who volunteer for 1 week each spring cleaning and working with the children.
